Please make sure to go through all the terms and conditions bellow before working with us. We will not be responsible for any delays or suspension of your work if it is found to violate our terms and conditions later.

General Terms

• We stands by our work and give a 30 days free support against any bugs in our work. Once that 30 days period is over, clients can opt for paid monthly maintenance contract with us amount of which will be discussed in the light of project size at the time.
• Designsols will not work on any project involving any inappropriate or controversial material. This includes any projects involving racism, adult material, drugs or any project that directly or indirectly violates any Law. Designsols also has right to deny any project without mentioning any reason at all.
• Client is solely responsible to obtain all the copyright of the contents used during the project.
• Although it is very unlikely to happen as we take precautions before working on any project yet still Designsols will not be responsible for any information or data loss during the work as it is client's responsibility to keep backups of their data.
• Designsols development teams stay within the pre-defined project scope and will not do any extra work that is not mentioned within project scope. Also, any work terms that are too wide in scope will need to be specifically defined or else they won’t be considered applicable.
• Designsols will ensure timely completion of your work however there are some variables invovled that add up to the total project time such as communication gaps, client's response time, third party delays and any delays due to Natural causes. We are not responsible for such delays or any loss occur to you due to this delay.
• Client is solely responsible to obtain all the copyright of the contents used during the project.
• Our development teams follow our own coding standards and we have right to refuse to work with any third party development team therefore you must inform us in such cases before hand. However if our developers agree to work with any third party developers, we have right to change our hourly rate to rectify any bugs resulting from third party code.
• If we need to integrate any third party application/script in the project the cost of purchasing that application/scipt will be paid by the client.

Payment Terms

• Our currency unit is US dollar. Please note that when we say $1 it means one US dollar and $1K means one Thousand US dollars.
• Our unit for work calculation is “work hour” which is not necessarily equal to a clock hour as it seems. It is just a unit to calculate work involved.
• Project payment is usually divided into 4 equal amounts in case of small (less than $10K) projects. This means 25% upfront, 25% on pre-beta delivery, 25% on beta delivery and remaining 25% when the project is complete. In larger projects, amount is divided as per percentage of work.
• Please note that any amount you pay us is not refundable so you should make sure that your project milestone is achieved before sending us a payment.
